Question Cruise Control

On our 08 Magnum (2.7) the cruise control is not working at all. Is there any way we could trouble shoot this . . . has anyone else had this problem.

I checked the owners handbook and cannot come up with the location for a fuse for the cruise? Someone suggested fuse #11, that is listed as ABS.

Default brake light switch

The brake light switch on the brake pedal is also a place to look, I've seen oddball problems from those.

Your cruise control is tied into your ESP system. If the ESP system malfunctions, Cruise will not work. The rear Tone rings are known to rust out & fail where-ever there is winter weather & heavy salt or Calcium covering. When those go, the ESP system, cruise & throttle won't work. The tone rings can be changed without replacing the half-shafts, but it is a major undertaking. If you do one, do both. YouTube has videos.

Thank you for your reply, and yes we have discovered the ESP system is malfunctioning. Hope to have it checked out soon.
