2007 Dodge Magnum Instrument Cluster Issues

Almost daily, I notice all of the Instrument Cluster Icons appear for a few seconds then go out. This doesn’t seem to affect the performance of the vehicle other than the automatic lights don’t come back on until the vehicle has been restarted. This icon flashing seems to be increasing overtime - can happen a few times during my one-way commute. Has anyone else experience this?
