Passenger side mirror not getting power...

I can take the passenger side mirror, and try it on the driver side, and it works fine. And, I can take the working driver side mirror, and try it on the passenger side, and bupkis, nothing, just like the passenger side mirror. Is it possible for the power mirror switch, on the drivers door panel, to only work on "one side"? Or, do I have some bad wiring juju going to the passenger side mirror, from the power mirror switch?

My 1st thought is the switch to flip to adjust the passenger side is bad.

Get a multimeter, a cheap one will due, Harbor freight gives them away sometimes. I would start at the switch, $5 replacement at most recyclers. Also check for the easily overlooked stuff like a bent pin in the connectors, pulled or broken wire at the body/ door pass through.


OK guys I do believe in getting the best tools you can afford so please don't give me crap for recommending a free meter, it s all he needs to check a switch and I am guessing if he had one he wouldn't be posting this problem.

Does anyone know if all the driver's front door wire harnesses are the same for all Magnums, 2005 through 2008?

2005 through 2007 are the same, not sure about 08
