Can't choose between two srt8 exhaust setups. Need opinions

I am the second owner of my mag. The original woman did not like how loud the stock exhaust exchanged for something less. When I got it I had the big muffler removed. It gave me a little noise but nothing to write home about.

I've come across two sets of srt8 exhausts systems one of from an 09 srt8 Cherokee the other an aftermarket MagnaFlow exhaust system from an 07 srt8 charger. The charger setup is a little more banged up than the other but has a 14 day warranty. Any suggestions? I'm personally leaning more towards the charger setup. Thanks in advance

Ps I have no idea the mileage on either

I'm not sure either will fit but the SRT exhausts have larger diameter tubing so you will need reducers to hook them up.
