Pasngr windw stuck

So its cold here in Arizona but I smoke cigs early this morning about 430 am I get in my ride crack my window and the passenger window about 4 inches. Well I get to my destination and the passenger window not roll up. I try everything. Finally I take it to the dealership here in phoenix. And its 137 bucks just for them to diagnose the problem. Apparently I have gone through the carwash one too many times and I've gotten water in the switch that controls my window. And its going to cost me 377 dollars to fix. ANY ADVICE IS GREAT PLEASE thank you
