Throttle body

I'm new to the forum. Also I switched out the throttle body from the stock 80 to a 90. Ever since the car been jumping in idle until it stalls out or sometimes fixes itself. Happens while I'm in drive stopped also. Is it possible I went too big? How would I go about fixing it?

I assume you have a 5.7. As large as you want to go without major mods would be about 85, 90 is way to big.
