Finally got my Magnum R/T

Hey there everyone, my name is Will and it's going on a month now since i bought my first Magnum R/T. It's a 2006 with 64K miles and I got it for an unbelievable price. Since I bought it though I have not been able to stop putting money into it in advancements. I just put an upgrade in exhaust on it yesterday and I didn't do my research before doing so. I had the muffler shop cut off the exhaust and the resonaters and had them replace it all with a two-in-two-out MagnaFlow muffler and then just had them put some new pipe with tips out the back. Did I make a mistake? I didn't take into consideration whether this would reduce my horsepower. Please respond as I'm freaking out now. It doesn't seem as if I lost any. Thanks.
