Predator or i1000

Hey all!
Im new here as a registered user so Hi!!
Anyway being reading all the posts about the Predator tuner so we t to look for prices and found that it has been replaced by the intune i1000.
Sooo... I can still get the predator off Amazon and a few other places but I am wondering if I should just get the upgraded one? Has anyone used the i1000? Is it as good or better? Also as a newb to modding. Should I first focus on exhaust upgraded plug wires, CAI etc.. first before i mess with the computer stuff? Or doesn't it reAlly matter? Well you can get a used Predator really cheap but it can only be used for certain cars. The Intune can load tunes across the whole platform, Chrysler, Chevy & Ford. You can only use it on 1 car at the time though as it "marries" to the car when you load the tune. You can always reinstall the stock tune and "un-marry" it. The Predator works the same way.
