shocks and springs

Hello, I Just got a used 2005 magnum sxt, it has a hitch on the back. When I put my electric wheelchair carrier and chair on, the back is really low. Can anyone tell me if there are air shocks or helper springs available for my SXT that is not going to cost me hundreds of $$$$$$$$.
