My Military brothers and sisters!
Just a little background! I retired from the USAF in 2003 and immediately joined up with Lockheed Martin as a contactor! I know we have quite a few military members so feel free to post up!

I'm in the Kansas air national guard, Air Force Lite as I jokingly say lol. I work full time for my unit, been in for 6 years and just reenlisted for 6 more, thankfully I love what I do

I was in the Air Force from 1980-1986, Ground Radio Communications. I was with the 3 CMBTCS, 4 CMBTCS, det 3 and the 1827 EIS. I got to see a lot of the world, not bad for a kid that grew up in a village of about 500!

6 Years Active Duty ..... U.S. Air Force (May 2001 - May 2007)
stationed at McConnell AFB in Wichita, KS - that was a freakin' black hole. lol
worked hydraulics and electrical on KC-135 Stratotankers, assisted C-130 and KC-10 guys in the desert a few times on their jets
loved every minute of it, though ..... except the 14 - 16 hour shifts with no overtime pay. 
now, I'm workin' as a hydraulic/mechanical systems engineer and maintenance supervisor for General Dynamics - Ordnance and Tactical Systems ..... and now I do get overtime pay. haha!

I'm what used to be 3C251, they converted all Comm guys to new AFSC's. I am a computer infrastructure guy, i work on routers/switches for the entire ANG.
