Default OEM headlight mod??

Has anyone taken apart the OEM healights to paint all the grey inside? Just wondering if it's possible before I get too deep and find out they are sealed assemblies.

You'll need to bake them for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees or use a heat gun. The heat gun method is difficult and takes a long time.

He's right, you have to to it at 200 or 220 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, and if it does not come apart, just pop it in for 5 minutes at a time until it does. The heat gun option is a tricky way of doing it, and would not advise it.

Lots of folks have done this, however NOT me on any of ours. I wouldn't want to mess up any of our lights.
