22" Wheels...

Hello all, I have an '06 SXT Mag that I just recently had to go back to my stock wheels b/c of 1 of my tires having a bubble in it & another 1 having a leak in it. I was running 265/30/22 Yokos w/ a set of wheels I got from a neighbor that were previously on a Chrysler 300. My question for the forum members is, I want a little "thicker" tire, so would I run into any issues (rubbing, speedometer etc) if I go 265/35/22? I just felt w/ the tires that are currently on the wheels now, I was noticing every little crack, rock & God forbid pot hole in the street, not to mention my car was noticeably "looser" when driving. Looking forward to hearing back from anyone...thanks in advance.
