New magnum owner. Mint 2008 SE. Question stock rim 215/65x17 friend wants to sell me his challenger wheels 245/50 x18. Will they bolt up and fit?

As far as bolt pattern goes, they are the same. After much research before I swapped out my Magnum rims the biggest concern is RWD vs. AWD (different off-sets). As long as your Magnum is a RWD (not sure if AWD was even an option for the SE) they will swap over.

Gearing up for winter time in Michigan
Question: Where can I find cheap rims for winter tires? Looked at tire rack cheapest they had was $129 per rim... looking at trying to find cheap steel rims. My current rims are standard 225/60r18 tire size would like to keep same size for my winter tires. Thoughts??
