Manifold vs Header

I have a 2007 R/T awd Magnum and have recently installed a CAI and Exhaust system...it's been great. However, I am having a minor exhaust leak in the left side exhaust manifold.

My question is... Since I am going to have to be in there anyway to fix things, do I spring for the Headers, and if so what are some preferred brands that are essentially a stock fit?
