No LOL....those are the plug boots. Do you actually know how a coil works? Then you'd understand why the two rubber things are not the coil lol. The red circled part is where the magic happens. Green circled part just insulates the spark plug. Inside each boot is the part that transmits the voltage from the coil to the spark plug terminal.

It’s not the intake manifold, I have the same problem, I found out back when I became a member that it is a defect resulting having your windows open while driving causing exhaust to back up into the cabin if you leave the windows up under the same conditions you should not notice it. Good luck
