Fog lights +
Greetings fellow Magnum ites, 2007
I do a Lot of driving in mine (love it) but have observed two things with night driving.
1. I get people flipping on their high beams Alot!! or flicking them on and off to check I dont have mine on. I had the dealer check my lights and all was where they were supposed to be. Oh well just deal with it!!
Does any one else have this happen??
2. My factory fog lights Suck!!! cant even tell there on really!
I want to replace them with real fog/snow lights with some power to light my path, some real power to see the eyes of the deer and the moose in my path!! (hit a racoon at 110Km and did $1,500. + damage)
ANY suggestions for some fog lights that fit the existing hole and can be wired to the existing power/swithch. where can I order ???
ALL replies are greatly appreciated!
Cheers Craig in Central Ontario

I haven't done this myself but have read that folks are getting HIDs for the fogs, HOWEVER you must be careful what wattage you get... to high of watts and it will melt the lenses. I heard don't go OVER 35 WATTS! And from what they say, these are really bright! Hope this is helpful information!

have HIDs on my low beams and fogs. Can't wait to put them on the high beams. I think you'd be more than happy with your results.

I would love to replace mine with some pencil beam driving lights, I can't even tell when mine are on- pretty worthless. I was told that the plastic lenses won't handle HIDs.

I read the same thing and from what I understand IF you are going with HID's DO NOT go over the 35Watt limit and you should be OK.
(At least so I have read!)
