Default Got a 2007 R/T on deck

It's got 202k miles, some cosmetic damage, sun roof motor is shot, and possible mold above the headliner, and the speedo isn't working.

Two codes 1521 and 0113. Are these things I should be worried about? 2 owners. The first did oil changes regularly up until 125k. The second owner drove it for 80k and no maintenance records. BUT the engine purred, no stutters, and it shifted well.

As far as I can tell, the only main things wrong are cosmetic. It appears to be mechanically sound. Anything I should look for that are "red" flags?

Oh ya, the price is 2k.
