The more I look at the pin striping the more I like it. I may just take off the ** at the front of the pin striping. The dealer said to use lacquer thinner on a cloth. Rub it for a bit then wipe it off. Use the lacquered cloth again for a bit then rub it off again. Repeat.

I am good at getting under paint with my finger nail so I think I will try that first. Sound easier and easier to control. Using the lacquer thinner concerns me.

In other news I have only had the car for one night since I bought it on Saturday. She had some problems that needed to be fixed before I accepted the vehicle. Dealer is doing the right thing right now so no complaints there.

1. The tire monitoring system dash light was on. Turns out when someone put on the new tires (Firestone Firehawk Wide Oval AS ) they did not install the sensors. Dealer removed all the wheels and installed them.
2. It came with a 6 disk cd changer (factory) but the CDs would not get pulled into the radio. That got replaced.
3. one of the fob's keys were not cut. Easily cut.
4. The Biggy- the power mirrors were nonfunctional. So they have been waiting on the door control until yesterday from the Dodge dealer (this is a GMC Buick http://http://www.randywisebuickgmc.com/). Part got in yesterday and was not the problem. So they gave me a Chrysler 200 to drive and my Magnum is at the Dodge dealership getting fixed.

Hopefully I can get her back today. I want to show it off to my family this weekend as we celebrate that Jesus Christ has risen! All in all, I am definitely getting my money's worth.

Again - Thanks all for the help and advice.

Sounds like all is going well. I believe you are really going to love this car as we do all of ours.

Got my Magnum back today. Everything is fixed. Now I need to find a jack and the spare tire hold down. I picked up a fix-a-flat can until I can locate a jack. Need to check the local junk yards.

Fun to drive. Concerning though watching the gas gauge go down. Could be that I am just having too much fun.
