Alignment Question

On the front tires I get wear on the outside edges. I'm told I need a "Camber Kit" to bring camber into specs. Is this a common problem with our Magnums, not being able to bring the camber into specs? I have 11,000 on the tires, (245/45-20) and have moved the fronts to the rear. Total miles on the Mag, 68,665. Thanks a lot.
