where's the awd love on this forum?

Noticed there's no posts in the awd section yet. Bein from Minnesota when my wife and I were lookin for a magnum, I had to have awd cuz the thought of my wife with 250 HP and rwd on ice gave me nightmares. Have to say we are more than pleased with it as this is our first winter with it. Haven't had a ton of snow yet, but lots of ice. What's everyone else have to say about their awd, love or hate.

I have had my 2007 R/T awd for two years, lovin it !

I don't know alot about the AWD magnums as all four of ours are RWD, however we don't get any where near the snow they do up north. I haven't heard anything bad about them and the only complaints I have heard are:

1. My AWD won't bake the tires
2. Aftermarket wheels are a little harder to find for these 'cuz of the high offset.

I love mine! My requirement when I traded my F-150 4x4 in was AWD and V-8, wouldn't trade it for anything. Got us off the mountain and back home to TN this weekend before the big storm hit.

I was worried for a few minutes -- granted it's AWD but it's still a (relatively) low slung wagon in some pretty rough terrain.

i changed the rims put 22's on it

I have a 2006 R/T AWD and I LOVE it but i cant get it to spin the tires but it will throw me back in the seat fast than Anything i have been in!!!

I've got an 05rt/awd ! live on a long winding country road with hills and valleys and this car makes the trip much shorter! nothing better than horsepower you can put to the road! spinning tires is for show! pulling G's is the fun!

I have an 05 sxt awd and love her! Great in the snow we have here in upstate NY
