P0700 code

I own 2 2005 Magnum R/T. Last year I replaced the factory TCm with a 2006 6.1L TCM, I was also using my Diablosport Predator ( 93 octane, CAI, resisinators only). I decided since it's winter to drop back to 87 octane and just keep some quick adjusts on the Diablo. Well, needless to say my Predator could not restore factory defaults due to the TCM. Had to bring it to the dealer and have it reset. OK here's my question, I hooked back up my 6.1 TCM and programed some quick adjust on the predator and got a P0700 code. Tried to erase the code but it would not erase. Hooked back up my 5.7 TCM and everything is fine. Does anybody know how to get around this ???? Is it because I'm not using all the setting in the Predator (93 Octane, CAI etc...) ???? Any help guys would be great.
