FINALLY finished engine bay on my 05 Mag R/T
I had posted a thread about finishing my wifes 05 Mag R/T and my 06 SRT engine bays and today I finally finished installing my painted half covers on my 05 R/T. I decided to paint my half covers gloss black with heavy metal flakes and paint the inserts red to match my other parts in the engine bay. They came out pretty nice, however the metal flake just lays on the gloss black and will rub off to the touch, so I'm not sure how it will hold up. I may have to clear coat it not sure yet... not much of a painter so I really don't wanna mess with them unless I have to.
At least they are NOW mounted and I like the new look!

Thanks for the compliment Manny; we NOW have THREE of our FOUR magnums done and don't plan on doing the wife's 06 SXT as this ONE was a Louisanna Flood Car and we already put enough money into this one ~ LOL ~

I got it off EBAY and a GREAT deal too $69.99 shipped. Seen some others that had bought this and they liked it so I bought one.
I ordered a BLACK one (only color they have) and painted it yellow, which looks cool, I think, for my BLUE magnum.
