Default Acceleration Vibration at Highway Speeds

Have an '06 SXT with 186,000 KM on it. It has suddenly developed a mild vibration when accelerating even slightly or holding speed on a hill above 80 KM/hr. The harder the acceleration the more noticeable the vibration becomes. Its only felt in the body of the car not the steering wheel. Once speed levels off the vibration disappears. At city speeds there are no issues. Any ideas what to look for? Thanks in advance.
