Rwhp Upgrade help

I have a 2005 R/T magnum and i would like to know how can i get to atleast 325 Rwhp.
Im ordering me an K&N CAI, BBK Headers (not sure if i should go with shorties or longtubes), diablo tuner (not sure which one is best).
I want to go with an performance cam as well but i dont know anything about how it works.

So im looking for help and advice, not trying to go over 2k on this project though..

Bare with me im a Bodyguy/Painter not a mechanic.
