Hi all. I have a 2005 Magnum RT withthe 5.7 Hemi. When in park it will not rev above 3500 RPM. I just noticed it doing this. The car has been sitting for about 9 months.

What should I look for?

I believe it's suppose to do that. My '09 Challenger did the same until the tuner upped the park/neutral rev limits.

It's a built in safety feature so people don't blow their engines up revving them into the stratosphere unloaded/in park or neutral. I have a feeling I know what your answer will be, but I'll ask anyway; why are you trying to rev it that high unloaded?
