Called Tire Kingdom to see IF they installed 22" tires. Their response was; "NO problem man, we have three great guys that can install these!" Got a 3pm appointment and after they were done, wanted to look check out my new tires. Sure ENUFF, Two big horseshoe type scratches on both of my front wheels! GREAT! Showed them, they told me to come back tomorrow and see the manager. Took it back yesterday; at first he said "Our machines clamp from the back and couldn't put scratches on the wheels!" I told him they were perfect and NO scratches prior. He did some further investigating; measure the scratch; measure the machine and came back and said "I'm so sorry, our maching DID make the scratches; it seems the installed placed the wheel down first, then opened the clamps and hit the wheel!" Then I showed him how they put the old tires in the car... the guy had put plastic on the bottom of the seat pads but did NOT cover up the tires and armoral got all over the back of the seats. I sure wasn't HAPPY!

All in all, I believe he was FAIR!!! He told me to take it to a detail shop and have the rear seats cleaned and bring him the bill AND he ordered TWO Brand New wheels for us. So, NOW is the waiting game to see how all this plays out!!!

Sorry they messed the wheels up but it sounds like they are stepping up to the plate to take care of it.. and that's the important thing!!

WELL>>>>>>>>>> YOU can see how old this thread IS and still have NO wheels from Tire Kingdom. About a week ago contacted their headquarters and they have assigned a guy to take care of me. After dropping the ball by the first THREE guys....this guy seems to be finally taking some action. The worse part.... after them stalling for so long... NO one has this wheels again!
Great.... well Friday got a call from him again and they are willing to buy us FOUR NEW WHEELS. PROBLEM is, haven't found ANY we like as much as whats on there. Look GREAT and easy to clean. He sent me an email of the wheels he could get right away.... Black inserts with polished lip ~ No bolts.. (ONE of our major request ~ too hard to clean these).... anyhow WE did NOT like these wheels... back to the drawing board. Tee and I NOW are going to the shop where we got our wheels to see what we can find out. Don't have any idea what we are going to do at this point ~ Very frustrating!!!!

Dang Jim --- what a wait for resolution. Check out some of the USW Forged wheels -- I've seen some I might almost trade my Foose Wheels for.

USW's are awesome but WAY outta my price range.

I'm sure; didn't like the ones they offered. Maybe go check some out tomorrow at a wheel dealer about 25 miles from here. That is where we got the ones we have.
