05 SXT to 300C front end swap.

so new to the forum but have been slowly working on moding out my magnum. i have found a guy that has a chrysler 300 and we were talking about swapping out our front ends straight across.

what im wondering is exactly what i have to take off my car, and put on his, as well as the other way around? obviously ill need hood, fenders, headlights, bumper, grill, and fog lights. but will i need anything from the frame itself? ive heard i need the upper radiator support?

any help at all would be great!
