Howling/Whing Noise

I just had the front and rear couplers and the center drive shaft bearing changed on my 05 Mag RT. While at it a Dynomax exhaust was put on.
Now I am getting the weirdest noise I have ever heard, it sounds like wind howling. It seems to be in the mid to front of car. Usually when It has sat for a while it is quite loud few a few minutes. After a while it is just an annoying drone that can be heard over the drone of the exhaust. When starting out it seems worse under acceleration.
Any ideas?
