Has anyone heard of BCP (stands for Best Car Part)? It cost about $60 and claims to increase horsepower by 7-10%. They also have something called 2.5" Inches Cold Air Intake Bypass Valve Filter 63 mm RED Dodge, any ideas on what that does? I am also wondering what would be an easy/cheap way to increase MPG? Any info would rock.

I can tell you that anything that claims to increase HP that much for only $60 is a myth. It costs money to get HP gains. A programmer (most are using DiabloSport equipment) is the best and you're looking at 15 to 20 HP on a v8 ride. It's really tough to squeeze more mileage out of these as they are running pretty efficient now. Driving habits is the best thing.
