Default DLC connector

Hello all, I just bought a 2005 Magnum R/T. It has a few issues, but before I can even connect my scan tool, I have to figure out what the PO did. The normal OBDII connector was removed and replaced by a white rectangular connector that I had never seen before. Does anyone know if this was for some kind of Mod or Programmer? Thanks. Tom

Don't have a clue. Would not be able to get an inspection here without the OBD port.
