not sure what diameter the tire needs to be to work but my 07 rt has a large diameter donut spare under rear storage compartment next to battery and even if it is a little smaller it would still work...

Smile found cause of gascap alarm

found the problem finally it was a coupling from the evap canister to purge valve near right rear of engine the purge valve had vibrated off it's mounting and rubbed the hoses on the plastic engine...
