I just bought an '05 Magnum RT AWD 5.7. Good shape but not well maintained. I've done the usual, new plugs, catch can, Taylor shorty wires, cold air and bought a Predator tuner. Installed the 91 tune and disabled the MDS (one of the sensors had failed). Someone had put the wrong oil dipstick in it and it was carrying 3 qts too much oil, plugs were old, wet and fouled.
Car runs so much better now but I still have a slight chugging at 60mph.
less than 135,000 miles but should I changed the fuel filter? Maybe coil packs? Not looking for more performance currently until I get it all sorted out.
Suggestions would be appreciated
